There are 3 rules to set up a keyword, Select the rule and enter the text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on “Create Keyword<\/strong>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add an Automatic Reply to a Keyword<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

There are 2 ways to generate a reply to a keyword.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can create an automated message to a certain Keyword -> “Create New Reply”\ufeff<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or Click “Select Existing<\/strong>” to choose the message from the flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can also assign multiple Keywords to one Rule, By separating keywords with commas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also attach additional actions to the Keyword, by clicking on “+Action<\/strong>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n
