Past 5:00 PM, it is offline again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color\"><strong>Reference Name:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This field is used internally to identify the agent\u2019s reference. The value of &#8216;Time Action&#8217; is in seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the initial stage is set to &#8216;Open&#8217;: By default, the greetings dialog appears immediately on the webpage for the first time. Afterwards, greetings appear only after completion of the given time action value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the initial stage is set to &#8216;Close&#8217;, the greetings dialog appears after completion of the given time action value.
