We can either select the country code from this library or we can enter the country code starting with \u2018+\u2019 in the text box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color\"><strong>Title:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This field refers to the Title that is displayed in the first line at the front end. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color\"><strong>Description:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Text entered at Description appears in the second line at the front end design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color\"><strong>Pre-filled Message:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Pre-filled Message appears on the chat link page when clicked on the respective agent. Leave unavailable days unchecked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For an enabled day, click <strong>Add Time<\/strong> and enter the start and end times. Add more ranges for different shifts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave an enabled day without time ranges for 24-hour availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schedules follow the timezone in <strong>WordPress \u2192 Settings \u2192 General \u2192 Timezone<\/strong>. For a shift crossing midnight, add one range ending at 11:59 PM and another starting at 12:00 AM on the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color\"><strong>Reference Name:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This field is used internally to identify the agent\u2019s reference. An agent is no longer displayed in the front end until online hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color\"><strong>Initial Display:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select <strong>\u2019Agents\u2019<\/strong> to display Agents in the front end or choose <strong>\u2019Greetings Content\u2019<\/strong> to initially display the Greetings Template, and when clicked on WhatsApp at Greetings Template, it opens Multiple Agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"499\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/holithemes.com\/plugins\/click-to-chat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/multiagent-customize-inital-display.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7697\" srcset=\"https:\/\/holithemes.com\/plugins\/click-to-chat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/multiagent-customize-inital-display.webp 499w, https:\/\/holithemes.com\/plugins\/click-to-chat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/multiagent-customize-inital-display-252x300.webp 252w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 499px) 100vw, 499px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Organize<\/strong> <strong>Agents<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drag an agent using the handle beside its header to change the order, then click <strong>Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color\"><strong>Enable\/disable agent: <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To disable an agent temporarily instead of completely deleting the Agent, we can uncheck Enable Agent. These actions open the agent list or greetings content, depending on your <strong>Initial Display<\/strong> setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&nbsp;\ud83d\udd17&nbsp;Included in the PRO plan \u2014&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/holithemes.com\/plugins\/click-to-chat\/pricing\/\">View Pricing<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set <strong>Greetings Initial Stage<\/strong> to <strong>Open<\/strong> under <strong>Additional Settings<\/strong> to open the dialog on page load.
