Your schedule uses this timezone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Business Hours (Online\/Offline)<\/strong> has two options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Always Open (Online):<\/strong> Keep the widget online 24\/7.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Selected Days, Hours:<\/strong> Keep the widget online during your configured days and time ranges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choose <strong>Selected Days, Hours<\/strong> to configure your schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check the days your team is available. Leave closed days unchecked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beside each checked day, click <strong>Add Time<\/strong> and enter a start time and an end time. Repeat for each working day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For multiple shifts on the same day, click <strong>Add Time<\/strong> again to add another range.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On checked days, leave the time fields blank only if you want 24-hour availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose whether to hide or keep the widget visible outside these hours using the <a href=\"https:\/\/holithemes.com\/plugins\/click-to-chat\/docs\/business-hours-online-offline\/\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holithemes.com\/plugins\/click-to-chat\/docs\/business-hours-online-offline\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">offline options below<\/a><\/a>, then click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Weekday Schedule Example<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check <strong>Monday\u2013Friday<\/strong>. This covers both days without an offline gap at midnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><br>Time Format and Timezone<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Time Format:<\/strong> The time selection fields may show a <strong>12-hour format (AM\/PM)<\/strong> or a <strong>24-hour format<\/strong>, depending on your browser and device\u2019s regional settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Timezone:<\/strong> The schedule follows the timezone set in <strong>WordPress \u2192 Settings \u2192 General \u2192 Timezone<\/strong>.
