We can change the wraper element to &#8216;button&#8217; or &#8216;a&#8217; tag from &#8216;Click to Chat&#8217; -&gt; Advanced &#8211; &#8216;Click Tracking Compatibility&#8217; settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using analytics with the Click to Chat plugin helps us see how visitors interact with the chat button.
