When the user clicks on that element, the greetings dialog appears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To add a class name &#8211; select any element and at the right sidebar settings at \u2018<strong>Advanced<\/strong>\u2019 <strong>&#8211;&gt;<\/strong>\u2018<strong>Additional CSS class(es)<\/strong>\u2019 add \u2018<strong>ctc_greetings<\/strong>\u2019 as the class name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" autoplay loop muted src=\"https:\/\/holithemes.com\/plugins\/click-to-chat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Click-GIF.mp4\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Click to Chat greetings setup, we can configure the greeting dialog to remain closed initially and open on button click. To keep it closed at first, we can use the &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/holithemes.com\/plugins\/click-to-chat\/greetings-initial-stage\/\">Greetings Initial Stage<\/a>&#8216; setting.
