By default, all clicks are recorded, but we can configure it to track only the first click per session for more precise analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Update Click Tracking Settings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigate to <strong>Click to Chat<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Other Settings<\/strong> &#8211; Analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"159\" height=\"154\" src=\"https:\/\/holithemes.com\/plugins\/click-to-chat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Other-Settings-nav.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6314\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under Click Tracking, choose one of the options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>All Clicks<\/strong>: Records every click on the WhatsApp icon, regardless of how many times a user clicks chat widget<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>One Click per Session<\/strong>: Tracks only the <strong>first click<\/strong> in the current browser tab session.
