Some of the Caches(cache plugin, server-side cache) create only one static file per page, and the same page loading for desktop, and mobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two ways we can fix this issue:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method 1: <\/strong>If there is an option to enable to detect devices (separate for mobile) on cache plugins installed on your website, enable it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigate to <strong>&#8220;Click to Chat<\/strong>&#8221; &#8211; &#8220;<strong>Styles, Position<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the Styles, Position section, click on the <strong>&#8220;Check this&#8221;<\/strong> link and ensure the checkbox is selected to allow the styles to display correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1226\" height=\"832\" src=\"https:\/\/holithemes.com\/plugins\/click-to-chat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Cache-Settings.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5284\" style=\"width:819px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">If styles did not appear as expected due to cache<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Greetings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Greetings widget can be added at the top of the &#8220;Click to Chat&#8221; icon, offering customizable options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Greeting 1<\/strong>: Provides a customizable design with a message and a WhatsApp button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong>Greeting 2<\/strong>: Elegantly displays content alongside a WhatsApp button. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Greeting 3 (PRO):<\/strong> Collects necessary visitor data through a form before starting the chat. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Greeting 4 (PRO)<\/strong>: Enables the setup of multiple agents with unique time ranges, ensuring effective customer service management.
