Click to Chat is fully compatible with the AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) plugin, ensuring your WhatsApp integration works even on AMP-optimized pages.Note:
Due to AMP’s restrictions (AMP does not allow custom JavaScript), only limited functionality is available when AMP is active.
Manage AMP Compatibility
Navigate to
“Click to Chat” → “Other Settings” – “Debug ,Troubleshoot” – “AMP Compatibility“
By default, the AMP Compatibility option is enabled to support basic Click to Chat functionality on AMP pages.
If needed, you can disable this option. (NOTE: This setting will appear only if an AMP plugin is installed.)
Important Notes
- Some advanced features relying on JavaScript (like animations, dynamic behaviors) may not be available in AMP mode.
- For best performance and compatibility, it is recommended to keep AMP Compatibility enabled.
