Check Polylang / WPML -> String translations – click to chat
Overwrite Settings:
– Please check any settings are overwritten at Page Level or if its a WooCommerce single product page check at WooCommerce specific settings
Show only on selected pages
Hide only on selected pages
Show/Hide on Mobile/Desktop
While Editing the page(At page level) at the right sidebar ‘Click to Chat’ Meta box. We can change the WhatsApp number, Call to Action, prefilled message, Show/Hide. In PRO Version we can change Style, time delay, scroll delay
Change Settings at Page Level
Click to Chat -> Other-Settings -> Group, Share features -> Enable Group Features/ Enable Share Features
Chat settings are enabled by default. To hide chat on all pages, Navigate to Click to Chat –> Display Settings and select Global Hide on all pages option.

when you are on Android and use Firefox browser it won’t open WhatsApp but say that you don’t have the app installed. Do you know how to fix this?

Some Browsers are not opening the App links. Plugins tries to open WhatsApp app in Mobile based on WhatsApp Click to Chat API. But some browsers not supporting. Its Market usage is approx 4%.

E.g. In Firefox, there is a setting to open the app links in the browser or app.

Your plugin doesn’t work when accessed from Safari browsers, regardless it’s mobile or desktop devices.

We can set open url target – new, popup, same
and url structure for
desktop – wa.me or web WhatsApp
mobile – wa.me or WhatsApp:// …

Hi, I think the WhatsApp icon is skewing the appearance of my website on mobile, the full width of the site has been pushed to the left, then I have just a blank space all on the right hand side where I’ve put the static icon, I’ve tried changing where it appears and it doesn’t seem to have made a difference.
