The Click to Chat plugin allows us to control where the chat widget display based on the visitor’s country. This feature is particularly useful for businesses that want to target specific regions.

Navigate to Click to Chat → Display → Targeting → Display based on country.
Choose Display Option
- All Countries: Apply no country restriction. The widget follows the other display settings.
- Only selected Countries: Choose the countries where the widget should appear.
Select Countries
Choose Only selected Countries to display the country list, then select the countries where we want the widget to appear.
- Use Search countries… to find a country, then check its checkbox. We can select multiple countries.
- Use Select All or Deselect All to change the countries currently shown. Clear the search to apply these options to the full list.
- Check the Selected count to confirm how many countries are selected.
After selecting the list of countries where you want to display the chat widget, save the changes.
Once configured, the plugin will automatically display the chat widget only to visitors from the selected countries and hide it on the remaining countries. This allows you to deliver a more targeted, strategic user experience aligned with your business goals.
