Feature Overview:
Navigate to Click to Chat > Display Settings to configure this option.
- Logged-in Users Only: Enabling this option ensures that the WhatsApp icon/button is displayed exclusively to visitors who are logged into your website.
How It Works?
If the ‘Logged-in Users Only’ option is checked, the WhatsApp chat icon or button will only appear for users who have logged into their accounts. Visitors who are not logged in will not see the chat feature.
This functionality is particularly useful for websites that offer member-only services, gated content, or personalized communication through WhatsApp, ensuring that only authenticated users can initiate a chat.
Display Options
- All Users: This option displays the WhatsApp chat icon/button for every website visitor, regardless of their login status. It ensures that both logged-in and logged-out users can see and access the chat feature, making communication accessible to all visitors.
