Follow these steps to configure the Date & Time Field in your Greetings Form
Enable Greetings Form
Navigate to Click to Chat → Greetings Dialog and enable the Greetings Form option
Add Date Field
In Form Fields section, click “Add Field” and select “Date” as the field type
Choose Scheduler Mode
Select “Scheduler” mode from the date field settings for date and time selection
Schedule Up To
Set “No Schedule Up To” to make all days available for booking
Minimum Notice
Set to “0” for immediate bookings without advance notice requirement
Time Slot Duration
Set to “1” for 1-hour time slots (e.g., 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM)
