Follow these steps to configure the Date Field in your Greetings Form
Enable Greetings Form
Navigate to Click to Chat → Greetings Dialog and enable the Greetings Form option
Add Date Field
In Form Fields section, click “Add Field” and select “Date” as the field type
Choose Date Mode
Select “Date Only” mode from the date field settings for simple date selection
Set Date Restrictions
Configure minimum and maximum dates to control the selectable date range
