At Click to Chat -> Display settings – Check Show or Hide option at Device based settings (Mobile/Desktop)
Default settings is to Show on all devices (Mobile and Desktop)
Hide on Desktop
At Desktop: select ‘Hide’
Hide on Mobile
At Mobile: select ‘Hide’
If cache plugins are installed, clear the cache after save changes.
Group and Share features have separate setting page to Show/Hide on Desktop and Mobile.
Hide on Both Devices
To hide on all devices, select ‘Hide’ for Desktop, Mobile.
