Download the Pro plugin from the shop.
From the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Plugins -> Add New.
Upload the Pro plugin file, click on Install Now and activate the plugin and then activate the Software License Key

Clear Cache:
– Clear cache from any cache plugins installed.
– Clear server cache (if applicable).

Multilingual Plugins:
– If you’re using multilingual plugins like Polylang or WPML, navigate to Polylang/WPML -> String Translations and review the ‘Click to Chat’ values. Update or clear them if necessary.
Overwrite Settings:
– Ensure that no settings are overwritten at the page level settings.
– If you’re on a WooCommerce single product page, check the WooCommerce-specific settings for ‘Click to Chat.’
The visibility of the Click to Chat widget can be managed on specific pages or devices through the display settings.

Additionally, display settings can be updated for individual pages using Page Level Settings to customize the widget’s behavior on a per-page basis.
We can customize widget settings for individual pages using the ‘Click to Chat’ meta box on the right sidebar while editing a page.

Change Settings at Page Level
To configure Group and Share features:
1. Navigate to: Click to Chat → Other Settings → Group, Share Features
2. Enable:
• Group Features (for WhatsApp group links)
• Share Features (to allow users to share your link)
By default, chat settings are enabled.
• To hide the chat button on all pages, navigate to ‘Click to Chat’ setting page, scroll to the ‘Display Settings’ and set ‘Global’ to ‘Hide on All Pages’
Any element can be set as a WhatsApp chat widget by adding the ‘ctc_chat’ class name to that element.
Custom Element
We can customize the WhatsApp widget position and place it anywhere on the screen. Additionally, we can set different positions for mobile and desktop to enhance user experience.

Some Browsers are not opening the App links. Plugins tries to open WhatsApp app in Mobile based on WhatsApp Click to Chat API. But some browsers not supporting. Its Market usage is approx 4%.
